Each CMC cart is manufactured with the highest quality materials and detailed
workmanship. Your cart is covered by a one year limited warranty. This warranty provides coverage for repair labor for a period of 6 months, replacement parts are covered for one (1) year.
Liability extends only to products manufactured by CMC and is limited to the replacement of said products. Any damage resulting from, or occuring to any equipment used in conjunction
with this product is excluded. Damage caused by misuse, abuse or poor
maintenance is also excluded and subject to manufacturers discression. Certain
factory installed equipment may carry an independent warranty which supercedes
that which is provided by CMC.
